b. Welcome customers to visit our factory and accept third-party factory inspections. In the past years of cooperation, we have received more than 50 customers to visit our factory, and in subsequent cooperation, we have had more than 80 third-party inspections.
c. Our sales team is professional and stable, with 70% of our sales staff having worked for the company for over 6 years. Our top sales representatives all have 8-10 years of experience in the glass bottle industry.

Yes, regular clear glass bottles are totally free, but it's freight collect. With customized samples,cost should be negotiated but it's reasonable.

For regular samples, it need 5-7days.
And also customized samples need 7-14days.

Sample bottles sent by FedEx, DHL or TNT etc. We also accept door-to-door pickup.

Bottles in stock, the moq can be at least 1000 pcs.
For mass production, the moq is 10000-30000pcs.

The moq is 2000pcs each model with one post processing . such as color painting,screen printing,frosted and hot stamping.

Yes, For example,if you place order with 10000pcs for one bottle, you can do five different colors, that's mean moq is 2000pcs for each color.

Paypal,TT transfer and L/C are available.

Get 30% deposit, production will begin, and the remaining 70% will be paid before shipment.
Please Noted, If the meeting with the client face to face goes well, or if the client has other sources of trust or endorsement, even the order quantity is large, we suggest that the payment method can be negotiated separately.

For bulk cargo, sea freight is the most common choice, but rail and air freight are sometimes also used.

With bulk cargo, we choose Shanghai Port;
Full container shipments, we generally choose Qingdao, Lianyungang or Ningbo port.

After-sales service implies that we already have orders and cooperation, and our primary goal is long-term partnerships. Therefore, we will take full responsibility for any order-related issues that arise during after-sales service. We promise that all after-sales responses be provided within 48 hours.

First, we will work with the customer to objectively analyze the cause of the order problem. Is it due to insufficient production quality on our part, inconsistent standards between the two parties, or damage during transportation? If it is our fault, we will provide reasonable compensation, either through a direct refund or by deducting the amount from the next order. In short, resolving problems is essential, and continued cooperation is the goal.
