The Canton Fair, officially known as the China Import and Export Fair, was founded in the spring of 1957 and is held annually in Guangzhou, China, in spring and autumn. It is China's longest-running, largest, most comprehensive international trade event, boasting the most diverse product categories, the largest number of participating buyers from the widest range of countries, and the highest transaction volumes. It is known as "China's No. 1 Exhibition" and "a barometer and weather vane of China's foreign trade."
